I was first introduced to Alan in 2005 when my architect contracted him to finish the basement of my veterinary hospital. As with any renovations of old buildings, issues arise, and Alan was always ready with a way in which they could be addressed. He did a terrific job, and he continued to be available to help with repairs on the rest of the office long after the project was over.
A few years later we began to look for a larger site, and Alan was always available to go to the buildings and give advise.
We finally found a building, and Alan and his son Kyle took on the construction project. The project was fillled with delays due to capricious building department personnel, but Alan and Kyle handled them, making it posible for me to continue working. When a problem arose, and there were many, Alan already had the solution by the time he mentioned it to me. I never had to wory about the small details that can be so time consuming because it was all handled for me. The end result was a great renovation, and I couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking of doing a construction project.
